Current processing time is approximately 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated during live sales, launches, or special events.

Please note:

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays
  • Large scoop orders, live sale orders, and custom items may require additional processing time
  • During major sales/events, processing times may temporarily increase


🌸 Shipping Days

Orders typically ship on:

  • Tuesday
  • Friday

Tracking information will automatically be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order ships.


✨ Live Sale Orders

Orders placed during TikTok Lives, scoop events, mystery games, or bundle sales may require extra processing due to the handmade and interactive nature of these products.

We appreciate your patience while we carefully package your mystery experience 💜


🌿 Combined Shipping

Multiple orders placed close together may be combined when possible.

If excess shipping is paid, store credit or a refund may be issued at our discretion.


✨ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once packages are accepted by USPS or the shipping carrier, Petal & Spruce Supply Co. is not responsible for:

  • postal delays
  • lost packages
  • stolen packages
  • damaged packages caused during transit

If an issue occurs, please contact your shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

However, if your order arrives damaged due to packaging concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the situation.


🌸 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Petal & Spruce Supply Co. is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Returned packages may require additional postage before reshipping.
